Cost of Producing Hops...

The 2010 Estimated Cost of Producing Hops in the Yakima Valley, Washington State, published by Washington State University, is available in two versions.  This year's update is published in two versions.

♦ The "Detailed Version" contains complete documentation supporting the study, including examples of various situations, with workbooks to demonstrate to those situations.

  The narrative of the “detailed version” is a working paper right now, and is submitted to WSU Extension Publishing for consideration as an Extension Bulletin.

♦ The "Producer Version" is an abbreviated format for use by growers who are familiar with hop production, and prefer to use a version of the workbook that does not include examples or additional background information.  To retrieve these documents, please click on the following links:
