How can I add a guest?
If you would like to bringing a spouse, partner or child (age 4-12) to the conference or our evening events, after registering yourself, you will be prompted by clicking "Add a Guest" on the Guest Information page. There is no limit to the number of guests you can register, and each guest’s participation can be customized for full convention registration or ala carte meal/event tickets. No registration is necessary for children age 3 and under, who may accompany adults to events.
How can I add a work colleague?
Adding a colleague is different than adding a guest. If you are signing up a colleague or multiple company colleagues, you can add them on your Registration Summary page by clicking "Add Person." There is no limit to the number of people you can add to your group, allowing the ease of a single invoice for your company’s delegation.
Is the conference schedule available?
A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website: https://www.usahops.org/convention/schedule.html. Check back often, as the schedule will be updated as speakers and panelists are confirmed.
When will the exhibit hall (tradeshow) be open?
Wednesday January 23rd and Thursday January 24th, 2019. You may purchase a Tradeshow Table in Sponsorship Registration.
Can I be a Sponsor and register for the event?
Yes! To best serve you, you will complete 2 separate registrations, one for your conference attendance and one for your sponsorship items.
Can I advertise in the conference program?
Yes, please register as a Sponsor and purchase your preferred sized Advertisement. Contact Rachel Becker email@example.com to submit your artwork.
What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Refunds are not provided, however substitutions are welcome and may be done by using the “Click Here to Modify Your Registration” link on your registration confirmation email.
